Family Network Meetings: Empowering Families Through Their Own Support Networks
This training will introduce practitioners to the principles and practical application of Family Network Meetings (FNMs), providing the knowledge and confidence to bring families and their wider support networks together to identify solutions, strengthen relationships, and prevent concerns from escalating.
Designed for professionals working across education, health, police, community, voluntary and social care services, the session explores when FNMs are appropriate, how to facilitate them effectively, and the role they can play within the wider Families First agenda.
Attendees will leave with practical tools, a greater understanding of family-led planning, and increased confidence in helping families identify sustainable solutions through their own networks.
